The app uses AI for their meditations, the AI lilt, freezes, stops is not smooth, horrible. They charged me for a secondary pdf that I did not order, I was careful not to. I didn't even receive what they charged me for, & it wasn't in my back office that I purchased it. When I emailed them, they always said it was my fault & I had a different person every time reply back to me, 6 people later finally got it refunded, but then they cut off my app access & didn't refund it. Horrible service.

Agreed to a refund which I never received. After installing this app, I was charged $41.99 and then without my knowledge they charged me USD89.99 a few weeks later for a THREE month subscription. I opened a customer support ticket abd they agreed to the refund and I never received it. Also, Spirio uses a paymebt Gateway Solidgate LLC. You will struggle to connect the dots when you see the charge on your credit card bill, making it harder to csncel, which I find deceptive.

Is too bad I can't give this app a half a star. Let me start by saying that normally, I don't like to write any reviews, but this app pissed me the freak out. I paid for one month just to try it, and the next thing I know, my back is asking me if I approved the purchase, before I answer that question I open my bank app and I see that I got charged the same amount 9 different times, and that's when I decided that this app is not worth the trouble 😡😡
