Agreed to a refund which I never received. After installing this app, I was charged $41.99 and then without my knowledge they charged me USD89.99 a few weeks later for a THREE month subscription. I opened a customer support ticket abd they agreed to the refund and I never received it. Also, Spirio uses a paymebt Gateway Solidgate LLC. You will struggle to connect the dots when you see the charge on your credit card bill, making it harder to csncel, which I find deceptive.

No stars. Signed up and paid, they then charged my card 2 additional amounts, which was flagged as fraud by my bank. it was only 50c they charged twice but I didn't feel comfortable using them when they charged my card without notice, and then they refused to refund the $19.99 original fee and tried to sell me another plan. Customer service isn't their goal.

I hate it when you just buy a product and they want you to review it and give a 5 star rating when you haven't even opened it up. But even before you get your product they want you to add on two or more products to your bill with a timer going to run out. Tells me they don't want you to think about very long because you will change your mind about buying it in the first place. well guys your getting a one star and your going to have to earn a better score by having a good product that works
