Ride is a simple, dependable ride-booking app built around the things that actually matter when you need a cab — finding a driver fast, knowing where they are, getting to your destination safely, and paying the way you want. No clutter, no surprises, just a clean experience from booking to drop-off.

WHY USE RIDE

Book in seconds. Open the app, set your pickup and destination, and confirm. A nearby driver is matched within moments and on their way.

Watch your driver in real time. Once your ride is confirmed, follow the driver on the map with accurate, map-based ETAs all the way to pickup and again to your destination. No more guessing whether they're around the corner or still ten minutes away.

Share your trip with people you trust. Send a live tracking link to family or friends with a single tap. They can follow your route in real time without needing the app installed. Sharing the link sends them your pickup point, destination, driver name, and a live map view.

In-app receipts for every trip. After each completed ride, Ride generates a clean, shareable invoice with the route, fare breakdown, date, and trip ID. Save it, forward it, or download it as a PDF whenever you need it.

Rate your ride. Leave a quick star rating and optional feedback right from the trip summary screen. Honest ratings help drivers improve and make the experience better for every rider on the platform.

Multiple riders, one account. Book a ride on behalf of a friend or family member by selecting them from your contacts — no need to share your account or create a separate trip from their phone.

SAFETY FIRST

Your safety is built into the core of the app, not bolted on as an afterthought.

• Live location sharing while your ride is in progress, controllable from the trip screen.
• In-app emergency shortcut for one-tap calls during an active ride.
• Driver names and ratings visible before you confirm a booking, so you always know who's picking you up.

• Browse your full ride history grouped by Today, Yesterday, and earlier dates, sorted from newest to oldest so the trip you're looking for is always near the top.
• Search and filter past rides by destination, date, or driver.
• Update your profile photo, preferred language, and region from one place.
• Choose how you pay — cash today, with more payment options rolling out soon.
• Manage everything from a clean Settings screen, including legal documents, app information, and support contacts.

PERMISSIONS WE USE AND WHY

• Location — to find nearby drivers and navigate to your destination. Used during active rides only.
• Contacts — only when you choose to book a ride for someone in your contact list. Never uploaded.
• Camera and Photos — to set or update your profile picture.
• Notifications — for ride status updates, driver arrival alerts, and important account messages.

PRIVACY AND TERMS

By using Ride you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Both are linked from Settings → Legal and Policies inside the app, and we keep them up to date as the service evolves. We collect only the data needed to provide your rides and never sell your personal information.
