I thought this app would be amazing to have. I had a free wash code in my wallet on the app. I decided to use it yesterday because my car needed a wash. I made my selection and entered the free code,only to not get a wash or anything. I had to get back in line and pay for another wash myself after sitting in the wash bay waiting for the wash to start for almost 10 minutes So I reached out through the email on the app and NO response. I tried calling the number and no answer. Seriously not happy

Would gove the app 5 stars if I could get more info for my questions bthe terms and conditions page is always blank so I'm not sure what the rules are for my wash club purchase. The car wash itself is great.

Splash car wash is the best car wash ive ever been to , they put out micro towel for cleaning the inside of your car or truck plus the wash bays have a lot of soap and pressure , Earl is the man in campbellville ky , he does a great job ..
