Sunrise Community for Recovery and Wellness is a non-profit staffed entirely by Certified Peer Support Specialists living in recovery from mental wellness and/or substance use challenges who provide support to others who can benefit from their lived experiences. Our team of state-certified Peer Support Specialists uses our lived experience to cut through stigma, shame, and judgment, offering authentic peer support, resource connection, and harm reduction to individuals struggling with trauma that can lead to houselessness, substance use, mental health issues, and/or justice involvement.
