As Medisera, we strive to meet the needs of our customers and provide them with the highest level of service. In line with this mission, we are happy to share with you a new application that we developed with our expert team: Medisera Expert

Our Medisera Expert application allows us to communicate with our customers at home or anywhere they need, via remote camera call. This expands the service we offer to our customers and allows us to offer them a more accessible service.

Our application is a service offered only to Medisera Clinic customers. Therefore, it was developed for a quality service offered only by the experts working in our company.

With our Medisera Expert application, we strive to provide a more personal and effective service to our customers.

Medisera Health and Medisera Expert are applications that should be used together.

Medisera Expert is Medisera Health's application for experts.

1.Company Access:
The application is the product of a company owned by one person and is intended for use only by Medisera Clinic

2.Target Audience:
The application is exclusive to Medisera Clinic customers only. It is currently in beta and is only available to customers who receive face-to-face service in our office.

3. App Access:
There is no general use, only customers who receive face-to-face service from Medisera Clinic can benefit.

4. Account Creation:
User accounts are created after approval by Medisera Clinic.

5. Paid Content:
There is no paid content in the application. All functions are offered free of charge to Medisera Clinic customers.
