Ratings and reviews

Keeps crashing and haven't even opened it yet. It installs and then crashes upon opening it. Tried it on my husband's phone and the same thing happened. This is disappointing because we really enjoy Cutters Point coffee. We misplaced our rewards card and thought to just keep it on the app. Bigfoot Java and Starbucks have clean apps that work properly. Cutters Point IT, please fix this issue and notify me when you do. Thanks.

Lost count of how many times you never get bonus points that they advertise. Doesn't matter how long you wait, they aren't showing up. You cannot get a hold of anyone to let them know that the app isn't working. Also the support tab and the contact feature on the app don't work either.

There are a few problems with this app. First these transaction history will not scroll so you are limited to only the last three transactions or so. Also, I was paying with the app and for whatever reason I was not collecting rewards. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and was only able to recoup 4 rewards points :-(
