Can't seem to get this thing to work. Just trying to use for rush tickets and get an "Oops. Something went wrong" message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still get an error. Now it says "Unable to load data" or something similar. I would rather just pop over to the box office and get a rush ticket the old-fashioned way. This app is a royal pain and doesn't work!

it is not working as the lottery ticket does not update properly, forcing me to unistall and reinstall it every day to be able to participate in rhe lottery
