I completed the course 100%, including the required 2 practice tests. No endorsement and no reply from customer service. I login online on the computer, and none of my progress is saved. Attempted to logout of the app and login again, only to not be able to login due to a *server error*. Years of progress and studying down the drain... I suggest saving your time and money.

Can't play videos in mini player to take notes. If you tab off video to take notes the video restarts from the beginning. Test questions repeat themselves over and over. Lack of reference material as others have mentioned. Hoping that when I finish the course I'll actually get the endorsement.

I can't log in to my account on the app. It doesn't even give me the option to. Completely worthless app.
