I subscribed to the wimbledon package and after accepting my payment through google store, it said there was an error. Yet it says on my subscriptions on Google play that I am already subscribed! So i retry subscribing again hoping the app will say that i am already subscribed and it accepted my oayment again thereby making me pay 599 twice! And still it came back with an error message! it's horrible and it's tantamount to a money scam! Even worse, there is no way to cancel the subscription!

App (on the phone and on the TV) is a bit unwieldy. I have trouble pairing/conmecting with the SmartTV. Fast forward / rewind / play from last view have issues... but they did refund me quickly for being triple charged a sports package so at least their customer service ain't that bad.

If you want to watch live events and have a Samsung TV forget it, doesn't work. Also playback events don't always get posted, not unusual to be 1+ day after the event which is too late, such as a round of golf or cycling event where it's important to watch before the next one goes live. 4th final round of 154th Open not even posted a week+ later 😔👎. Their support is rubbish, they send standard emails and don't investigate and resolve issues, truly useless
