About this app

Sprig is a recipe manager for people who actually cook. Save recipes from anywhere, turn them into a week of meals, and walk into the shop with a list that's already sorted by aisle.

SAVE RECIPES FROM ANYWHERE
• Paste a link and Sprig reads the recipe straight off the page — ingredients, steps, times and servings
• Paste plain text from a message, an email or a note
• Snap a photo of a cookbook page and let Sprig read it for you
• Add your own from scratch, with your own photos

BUILT FOR COOKING, NOT JUST STORING
• Cook mode keeps the screen awake and turns "simmer for 20 minutes" into a timer you can tap
• Scale any recipe up or down and every quantity follows
• Switch between US measures and metric (ml and grams) whenever you like
• Organise into cookbooks, favourite what you love, rate what you've made, keep your own notes

PLAN THE WEEK, THEN SHOP
• Drag recipes onto a weekly planner for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
• Send any recipe's ingredients to the grocery list
• The list merges duplicates and groups everything by supermarket aisle
• Send it to Walmart, Whole Foods or Amazon Fresh when you're ready to buy

A LITTLE HELP IN THE KITCHEN
Sprig's optional AI features can suggest healthier ingredient swaps, dial a recipe's spice level up or down, tell you what you can cook from what's already in your kitchen, and read your pantry from a photo. These are opt-in — Sprig asks before anything is sent, and the rest of the app works fully without them. AI suggestions are generated, so check them against the original recipe before you cook, and never rely on them for allergies or medical needs.

YOUR LIBRARY, YOUR DEVICE
Sprig is local-first. Your recipes live on your phone and the whole app works signed out. Sign in with Google only if you want your library to follow you to another device.

SPRIG PREMIUM
The free version includes ads and covers everyday cooking. Premium removes ads and lifts the limits:
• Unlimited recipe imports (free: 3 per week)
• Unlimited cookbooks (free: 3)
• No ads anywhere in the app

Monthly, annual and lifetime options are available. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel any time in your Google Play account settings.
