Mediocre at best. The app doesnt really provide any usefulness other than viewing current deals/announcements from my nearby location and viewing my current reward points balance. The "in-app shopping" is absolutely terrible. First off, its not really in-app. When you tap the shop tab it just launches Android's built-in web viewer (browser). That being said, you need to log in every time you wanna shop, and any time you tab out of the app it closes the web viewer and you need to start over.

The menu will often simply not appear, at least for Illinois' locations. A very poorly designed app with bad flow. Barriers to customer reviews, promoting sponsored items first. Could be a cool place to note strain differences and effects, but the lack of complaints (NOBODY'S ever had a leaking vape cart??? A disposable that failed 1/4 of the way through the tank? Nothing?) tells me reviews are getting bought out or removed. The locations are good, but this medium falls short of the competition.

I love The Hello Club App! It makes it easy for me to place an online order when I get off of work, Then pick it up when I'm on my home from work! ( my off time changes daily. I use to not do same day) The app keeps track of my order from upon arrival until the last minute it goes from my hand to yours! It keeps tracks of rewards points & Informs me of what I can get/do with my reward points I have at the current time.
