Ratings and reviews

App is junk on Android. Slow response, button presses are recorded seconds after you do it and videos constantly don't upload properly. Older versions worked better. App on iPhone does not have these same issues. I end up using a desktop browser because this app glitches and bugs out so frequently. Would not use if it wasn't required for the organization I use it for.

No a bad overall experience, need to incorporate notifications for messages etc to mobile devices though. Worked hard to get a 100% response rate on our Facebook page and a green tick (via pages manager) for it to all go to waste due to not getting notifications on my device.

Sprinklr is a very good piece of kit all what needs to be added is the facility to skip adding in your information when applying feedback about a samsung E-promotor as alot of old people do not like putting their private information online. And to also have the abilities to add another E-promotor into the same call with a customer and to do a warm transfer to an alternative department as we get customers coming through from wrong departments all the time.
