Ratings and reviews

This app just doesn't work like it should--not on my device, anyway. Desktop site is great. Mobile app is usually unusable. It won't save drafts (error), it won't save edits (another error), it says my Canva-made images are too big when they would be fine if I was uploading them from a desktop (error). It really makes my job harder to do.

I tried this social media automation system #Sprout which has a lot of potential, but it has some glitches: honestly it's severely overpriced for the amount of glitches that the system has. for example I had a lot of post saved up in the queue because it would launch them when I initiated it. I actually tried to cancel the service but couldn't figure how to navigate the website to cancel.

The browser site works perfectly but this app is awful. Almost never loads the full inbox, constantly sends replies to the wrong people (somehow - this is a huge bug), and randomly crashes. Tried reaching out once and they blamed it on my keyboard connection...I'm using a phone??? Useless service. Just stick to the website until they fix this app. Only kept 1 star because at least I don't have to log in every single time with an email code like on desktop.
