I opted for their property valuation service and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, I paid ₹999 but did not receive any communication from the Square Yards. I had to send multiple emails and follow up 3–4 times before finally receiving the valuation report which turned out to be completely useless. The report simply compiled publicly available information and presented it in a PDF format. I fail to understand the purpose of this service. Also no customer care number available.

I've been using the Square Connects platform for a long time, and it has provided me with solid and real leads. My key account manager, Chandan, has also been very helpful.

Dont fall for this trap. Most of the listings posted here is fake. You can't even report it. Customer Service is worst. They will ask for the money for site visit which they will say it is refundable. But if you go there it will be a scam. Choose some other platform over this
