Unfortunately, this app is horrible and still seems to be in the development stage. Connects easily to my apallo mini and you can use it but its nit useful if that makes sense. No way to enter user details *height specifically... No guidance on the exercises or a clear plan. No instructions on exercises if youre a newbie. there is a video at the top while its counting reps (counting is useful tracking wise) that I would have liked to see a how to for those who dont know.

The app doesn't work at all. You can't make an account, it just gives a developer error warning.

the app does not offer any of the workouts for the apollo board. I have the apollo board 2 and just have to come up with my own workouts. the app offers workouts for a gym setting not an in home setting.
