Hi, I was trying to purchase a subscription for the Self Connect app. The payment was successfully debited from my UPI, but after the payment, the app showed an error and my subscription was not activated. When I checked my UPI, the amount had been deducted. However, after a few minutes, I received a notification that the amount had been credited/refunded back to my account. Could you please check what went wrong and help me complete the subscription payment or activate the subscription?
