worked for 4 days straight and now won't connect after trying all the troubleshooting recommendations that I could find. really disappointed in this as it's a really good app otherwise to track peak flows and saving myself time having to go to the hospital every three months where they could be telehalth instead.

It's a good app. Now, I can share my details with GP so they know about my health. The only issue is that the errors are frequently when the app tries to collaborate with the device, and I have to power off the device and restart it rather than automatically. The device you blow 3 times, it will pick 1, which is towards good even though you used all your strength to blow 1st, 2nd or 3rd and rest 2 times was down a lot. Clever. The bag to carry device rubbish, device for inhaler very loose

Thank you for your comment! It's great to hear that the app helps in sharing your results with your GP. Please reach out to our customer support at info@smartasthma.com re. the errors and provide as many details as possible so we can resolve them. Saving the best of the three blows is considered the gold standard in asthma peak flow measurement.

Not keen on the cheesy wording of the reminders, and the device swivels in my phone port, so blowing into it feels like it might not be accurate. Useful to have a log of readings, though, and it's more precise than the peak flow meter supplied by my GP. I paid for the device at the end of the free trial, and I'm almost convinced it was worth it.

Dear Beverley,
Don't worry about accuracy, the device has been thoroughly lab tested. We wanted to mix up the reminder texts so it's not repeating the same message over and over - but you can turn them off if they annoy you.
Thank you for using the device and app and we hope it will help you stay in the know about your asthma.
