Ok this is so frustrating and shot app, it used to work good butbow I can't acess the point area after like 3 taps so I can't collect points that I sould be able to and it happens all the time that it's poitless basically cause 90% of the points supposed to collectable, the app freezed and doesn't allow. It's dumb af, I considered deleting it so mnay times and now I'm past the boiling point this app is hot gatbage and waste of time now

I'd give it 0 stars if i could. It wouldnt let me add my bank account to withdraw and keeps saying my name is wrong even though it is NOT. So i withdraw with naverpay which converts it to points that i CANT use. Nowhere did it say it was going to convert to points instead of money. Then it tricked me into spending 20000won on coins that I cant even have access to. Overall horrible experience. Still no answer from customer service even tho i asked fr the help

Points are wasting ,time wasting too lowest withdrawable points is 100yen only, for some reasons why we just use every day your apps if you are giving a 100 only to cash out?? Is tiktok lite bankrupt???
