This app has been developed to help to guide you if your role includes supporting and caring for someone living with autism. It is intended to give you a basic understanding, so may be particularly relevant if your primary role is not within an organisation that specialises in support for people living with autism.

The app includes short videos that are designed to enable you to hear how other people have provided support. There are also link to external resources, which can help you to develop your knowledge about autism. You are encouraged to use this app as a starting point for further learning. If you are currently employed in an organisation, you should always relate the information in this app to your organisation’s policies and procedures.
