The workouts are good. You really feel your heart rate increase and sweat like your in a hectic gym session. Only not allowing me to rate 4star is because you can no longer see upcoming exercises once you have started a session (which used to be possible). Also you can view exercises before you start a session anymore. Other than that, its an excellent app for burning Covid out your system (along with fat, muscle shaping and overall increase endurance).

Great app but there's ads mid workout. Very disruptive. Ads at the start are fine, but if it's during a workout or just after, that's too much. I've uninstalled a few workout apps because they ads mid workout or after a workout. It's just such a psychological downer to be bombarded with ads when you're already tires and pushing yourself. It's manipulative.

App UI is horrible. Can't pause during workouts. I end up going out and having to skip through all the exercises again. My husband and I do these together with one mat so sometimes we need to restart the timers. Huge pain. Weve done a few apps and this is by far the worst.
