About this app

Stacking Hospitality is a training and communication platform built for restaurants, hotels, clubs and bars. Create your own courses, share them with your team, and know who has completed what.

Hospitality runs on turnover. New hires arrive mid-season, tenured staff move between properties, and the person who knows how everything works is off on Saturday. Stacking Hospitality gives you one place to put your training, so a new server can get up to speed without pulling a manager off the floor.


BUILD COURSES AROUND YOUR OPERATION

Structure a course into lessons, and build each lesson from the pieces you need:

- Details: written instructions, context and descriptions
- Videos: upload your own footage of your service, your bar, your kitchen
- Documents: handbooks, SOPs, menus, policies and reference files
- Quizzes: check that the material actually landed
- File submissions: collect worksheets and assignments back from staff

Mix and match. A wine service lesson might be a video and a quiz. A safety lesson might be a document that requires acknowledgement.


ASSIGN TRAINING IN SECONDS

Assign a course to one new hire or to your whole team. Members are managed per course, so front of house and back of house can follow different paths through the same library.


UPLOAD YOUR OWN CONTENT

Your training is yours. Record a walkthrough of your own dining room, upload it, and it is available to staff the same day. Add a written description with full formatting, headings, lists and links, so the context sits alongside the video.


SHARE AND TRACK DOCUMENTS
