latest update finally allowed fingerprint log in, way past other financial apps doing so which is long overdue. then when didn't initally allow it to set up passkey since my fingerprint is already on my phone and able to used on every other app it won't let me sign in with fingerprint and doesn't offer another chance to create a passkey. has never allowed copy and paste of password from secure password manager app so I am still stuck typing it in every time

This is by far the worst company ever on this planet to deal with, I separated from my employer over two months now and am still getting excuses on why my check has not been processed. if I could give negative stars I would. Steer clear of this company and if you're employer uses them (RUN) and run fast to get away from them. their website is generic at best you can never log into it without changing your password every time you try. and on the phone in person conversation is useless at best.

This app is just terrible. Does not use biometrics only SMS for two-factor Authentication. Does not remember your device if you tell it. Account values take forever to update sometimes two or three days. The UI itself is pretty terrible as well. If your company uses the standard for 401k or other retirement plans, you should try to convince him to use Vanguard. Vanguard is Superior in every way.
