About this app

Running a football club involves more moving parts than most people realise. Fixtures, squads, communications, ticketing, youth teams, content, sponsorship — and behind all of it, a small staff trying to keep everything together, often without the tools to match the workload.
StandBased Dashboard was built to change that. It brings your club's operations into one place, designed specifically for the way non-league and EFL clubs actually work, not the way enterprise software assumes they do.
From the dashboard, club staff can manage every area of the club's digital presence. The content editor lets you publish news, match previews, and updates to your club website without needing a developer involved. Push notifications go out directly to your fanbase with a few taps. Match-day information, squad announcements, ticketing links — your supporters get it all through the official club app the moment you publish.
Youth management is built in as a first-class feature. Administrators can organise squads, track attendance, manage sign-up flows, and handle payments through a single interface. Group messaging between coaches and parents is handled securely, with safeguarding built into how the system works rather than bolted on as an afterthought.
Role-based access means the right people see the right things. A youth team coach does not need access to the club's financial reports. A commercial manager does not need to edit the first team squad. Permissions are configurable at a granular level, so you can give each member of staff exactly the access their role requires, nothing more.
The club shop, ticketing, and CRM sit alongside the operational tools, meaning the commercial side of the club is managed in the same place as everything else. No switching between systems. No exporting data between platforms.
StandBased is already used by more than twenty clubs across non-league and the EFL.
