Once you register your shift schedule just once, the calendar automatically fills in for this month and the next.

Shift Alarm is a shift calendar app that automatically repeats shift patterns with an N-day cycle—such as 4-team 3-shift, 3-team 2-shift, 4-team 2-shift, and 2-team 2-shift—on the calendar, and allows you to set separate alarms for each work type. There is no registration or login required. The schedule and alarms are stored only on your device.

■ Register Work Patterns Only Once

All you need to do is enter the number of days for the repeating cycle, the order in which shifts occur within that cycle, and which date is Day 1. Day, Night, Off, and Day Off are pre-filled, and you can change the names and colors yourself. Whether it is a 5-team 3-shift or a Day/Night 2-shift, as long as the company's schedule rotates in a few days, it will be entered exactly as is. Once registered, the shift schedule for that month is automatically filled in every time you turn the page.

■ Set separate alarms for each shift type

If you set specific times for each shift type—such as a specific time for day shifts or night shifts—only the alarm corresponding to the assigned shift will sound. You do not need to reset the alarm every time the day before a night shift or a day shift. This feature was created to eliminate the hassle of manually moving shift alarms, which can cause a day to go awry.

■ Correct only the specific date for mismatches like annual leave or compensatory leave

Tapping a date on the calendar allows you to change the day's shift type or add tags for annual leave, half-day leave, sick leave, compensatory leave, or special occasions. You can also leave short notes, and days with notes are marked with a dot on the calendar. Since this method only causes a mismatch for that one day without altering the entire pattern, shift changes and leave remain intact on the work schedule.

■ Today's shifts are visible as soon as you open the app

When you open the app, today's shifts and the next alarm are at the very top. It takes only a few seconds to check whether tomorrow is a day shift, night shift, or day off.

** ■ View Lunar Calendar and Public Holidays Together

The names of public holidays and substitute holidays are displayed side-by-side on the calendar, and the Lunar New Year's Day and Full Moon are marked separately. Includes dates from 2026 to 2030. If not needed, you can turn them off individually in the settings.

■ No Login or Server

There is no registration, login, or account. Work patterns, exceptions, and alarm times are all stored in the app's storage on the device and are not sent to a server. It uses Notification and Specific Alarm permissions to set alarms, but does not request Contact, Location, or Storage permissions.
