Simple, secure and mobile: with the free pushTAN app you remain flexible - without an additional device and therefore ideal for mobile banking via phone, tablet and computer.

IT’S THAT EASY

• Approval in the BW pushTAN app is possible for every payment order placed
• Open the BW pushTAN app and log in
• Check carefully whether the data matches your payment order
• Release your payment order – simply with a swipe gesture using the “Release” switch

• Ideal for mobile banking on phones and tablets – via browser or “BW Mobilbanking” app
• Suitable for online banking on the computer or with banking software
• Special security through password protection and support for facial recognition and fingerprint
• Can be used for all business transactions that require approval: transfers, standing orders, direct debits and much more. m.

SECURITY

• The data transfer between your phone or tablet and the BW Bank is encrypted and secure
• Your individual app password, the optional biometric security query and the autolock function protect against access by third parties

UNLOCKING

For pushTAN you only need two things: your BW online banking and the BW pushTAN app on your phone or tablet.

• Register your online accounts with BW-Bank for the pushTAN procedure
• You will receive all further information and your registration letter by post
• Install the BW pushTAN app on your phone or tablet
• Activate BW pushTAN with the data from the registration letter

NOTES

• If your phone or tablet is rooted, BW pushTAN cannot run on it. We cannot guarantee the important high security standards for mobile banking on manipulated devices.
• BW pushTAN can be downloaded free of charge, but usage may incur costs. Your BW bank knows whether and to what extent these will be passed on to you.
• Please do not deny BW pushTAN any of the requested permissions, as these are necessary for the app to work smoothly.
