It's pretty slow to open each section and to change settings. Needs info about the settings, eg. The equaliser- ultra, high, med, low.. examples of those sounds and how it will affect my hearing. Also it made my phone heat up a lot all the time on Samsung and then on Oppo - heated up and the app just didn't really run well.

Not only will it not stay off demo mode, no matter how many times I shut demo off, but the app keeps shutting down. I spent a lot on my hearing aids to not be able to use them to stream audiobooks or music. This app is garbage.

I'm sorry for your experience. It sounds like the hearing aids are not paired to the phone. Please start with removing the corrupted connection and then clear the app storage for the Thrive Hearing Control. Restart the hearing aids and pair to the phone using the Thrive Hearing Control.

Handy to self-check devices. Does not stay connected to Bluetooth but that may be an issue with the hearing aids.
