Great hearing aids, as long as I'm not trying to stream Pandora or YouTube. They keep cutting out and back in every few seconds. Sometimes the left, or the right, or both. Talking on the phone is terrible also. Normal listening works incredibly well. But I'm a truck driver and like to stream music while I drive. Can't do it now. I've restarted the phone and the hearing aids. I put fresh batteries in, doesn't help.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm thinking you might be able to resolve the concern by updating the Google Play System, unpairing the hearing aids and clearing the app cache. Reboot the phone and hearing aids. Pair the hearing aid to the phone using the My Starkey app.

App does not function consistently or accurately. 1.) According to my phones bluetooth, both HA's are connected and functioning (l confirmed that), but the app only shows one hearing aid connected. 2.) The find my HA doesn’t work. The button that needs to be tapped to begin the search is not highlighted so finding them is impossible. 3.) I have deleted the app and reloaded it twice and those glitches reappeared in each of the downloads. 4.) HA's disconnect from phone numerous times daily.

Thank you for the feedback. Please make sure you have given permission to the My Starkey app to use your location services. Try deactivating your account. Restart the phone and log into the account anew. Check the constant request if the find my hearing aids doesn't work. Please email us from the app to get more suggestions.

Should be a 0. This app is terrible, I couldn't get my hearing aids to stay connected. I had to uninstall & reinstall for the app to reconnect. I talked with customer service and they said all you need to do is force stop and then re-open. I tried it and it worked but not every time. I either need to force stop & reopen until it works or uninstall & reinstall the app. The app should reconnect automatically. Please fix this, when the app is working it does help with adjusting the hearing aids.
