I am a new hearing aid user and just received my first pair last week, the Edge AI 24. So far, I have not been happy with them. When getting phone calls, they cut out. If they are in the case, the phone still tries to connect. I have the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. During phone calls, I try to use the speaker, but the hearing aids keep trying to connect. About 2 out of 5 times, the call goes through the hearing aids. Also, when in the case, unless it is plugged in, they make feedback noises.

I have an older Android phone and my hearing aids are probably two and a half years old now. The app used to work quite well. Lately doesn't do much of anything. I do the updates, and where the hearing aids at least 12 hours a day. and it's just not counting anything other than standing. Going to uninstall it and just leave it off and wear the hearing aids. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. will try again someday when I get a new phone. Who knows when that will be.

I don't know if it's the app or the hearing aids, or both. In any event, this app and the Starkey hearing aid are, without peer as being the worst possible hearing aid arrangement on the market today! (I've been wearing hearing aids for nearly 10 years.) The sound cuts in and out, moves from one ear to the other, often does not pick up the sound until 2, 3, or 3 even 4 words into a sentence. Inexcusable!!!! I'm returning them in the morning and I advise anyone to make another choice!
