Hearing aids frequently won't stay connected. I've done the forget and reset as suggested by tech support. There's supposed to be a version 6.1.1 but I can't get it to update to that. I have less than five devices paired to my phone. I have unpaired and reconnected multiple times. It works for awhile but invariably, it isn't really connected even though it says it is. This was never an issue with my previous brand of hearing aids, which was Phonak. My provider told me to contact Starkey for help

Extremely unstable app. At least once per week my hearing aids become disconnected from the app. Today, I can't even get the app to recognize them. This is my first experience with hearing aids (one year now) so I can't compare the actual devices to anything. But, the app to control them really sucks (sorry). If you're looking for a reliable controlling app, don't get Starkey.

I am with many other users of these hearing aids and this app.... they constantly disconnect from my phone, even while I am streaming a television program, I have to "force stop" the app for them to reconnect. You have to be extremely cautious how you place the hearing aids in the charging dock, or you will find them totally uncharged when you need them. Don't bother trying to contact them If you are reading this and have an option to purchase a different brand.... I very strongly suggest you do
