this app sucks with phone compatibility. I'm constantly dealing with my hearing aids dropping out in Bluetooth. it will randomly switch to a different setting than the one I have it set to. at times I will lose volume in one hearing aid. I've mentioned this to my audiologist and they checked my hearing aids and they are fine. so the only thing it can be is the phone and the app. I have a Motorola Android, and it seems that there aren't many options for Motorola types.

Thank you for the comment. The My Starkey app does have many features. One of the features is a dedicated streaming memory. This memory is used for phone calls and media streaming. It has the option to mute that microphones of the hearing aids while streaming. The streaming memory will appear during phone calls, notifications, and media.

For the most part it works and it's a good app. However, the translate feature for android isn't the best, as there is no access to Vietnamese and the following languages after. So I can't use it. I paid so much for my HA's to access all features. So it's highly unacceptable that I can't access all languages. you can with iPhone but not Android.

Thank you for your feedback. I don't know of a phone that has access to all languages with My Starkey App. You could use Google translate until we are able to get access to the Vietnamese language.

It's frustrating enough that I will not buy Starkey hearing aids next time. Ever since the last software update, the hearing aids don't stay connected to the app, or phone. Regarding your response - I did all that and the hearing aids still disconnect. I've had the hearing aids for at least 2 years and this never happened before this last update.

Please unpair the hearing aids and clear the cache of the My Starkey App. Restart the phone and then the hearing aids. Use the app to connect to the phone.
