Extremely unstable app. At least once per week my hearing aids become disconnected from the app. Today, I can't even get the app to recognize them. This is my first experience with hearing aids (one year now) so I can't compare the actual devices to anything. But, the app to control them really sucks (sorry). If you're looking for a reliable controlling app, don't get Starkey.

Thank you for the feedback, Mike. I'm sorry for the experience. The App connection to the hearing aids can be interfered with when there are too many Bluetooth devices connected to the phone.

Hearing aids frequently won't stay connected. I've done the forget and reset as suggested by tech support. There's supposed to be a version 6.1.1 but I can't get it to update to that. I have less than five devices paired to my phone. I have unpaired and reconnected multiple times. It works for awhile but invariably, it isn't really connected even though it says it is. This was never an issue with my previous brand of hearing aids, which was Phonak. My provider told me to contact Starkey for help

Please work with your Provider to have the devices connected to the Programming software.

I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. "BIG" mistake. The hearing aids will connect to BT but no sound comes out 99% of the time. I've tried all the suggestions listed in your replies to the reviews and 2 hours with your service technician and hours with my provider. These aids and BT do not work together. I can't fix then, you can't fix them, your service tech can't fix them and my provider can't fix them. The app and the hearing aids don't work together. Sometimes junk is junk.

I'm sorry you are not able to get your phone to stream audio to the hearing aids. We have seen this occur in the past. I would try toggling on hearing aid compatibility.
