I hate that it does give you the option to input your maintenance request manually anymore. It forces you to use the AI. It was much quicker just inputting my choices and adding addition information in the info box. Some of us don't prefer chat communication. At least give us the option to use it.

I can't sign in because clicking the "username" or "password" fields won't trigger the keyboard to pop up. So it's impossible to type anything. I even tried the "forgot password" function, but it has the same issue. As you can see from this review, my phone keyboard function is working fine on all other apps and pages. The app will not accept my password and gives me the option to reset it. However, it will not allow me to finish changing the password before telling me that there is an invalid code. Therefore, I'm locked out of my account and have been for months. I have been forced to use the phone line to get our maintenance requests reported since the app does not work.
