I hate that it does give you the option to input your maintenance request manually anymore. It forces you to use the AI. It was much quicker just inputting my choices and adding addition information in the info box. Some of us don't prefer chat communication. At least give us the option to use it.

I can't sign in because clicking the "username" or "password" fields won't trigger the keyboard to pop up. So it's impossible to type anything. I even tried the "forgot password" function, but it has the same issue. As you can see from this review, my phone keyboard function is working fine on all other apps and pages. I hope it gets fixed soon, because it would be very helpful. Winter storms lead to us having several maintenance work orders to keep track of. Google Pixel 5 Android 12 Snow Cone

I can't give 5 stars just because it's functional. it's 100% functional. the AI is terrible, haven't tried it since the latest rename. the wizard is fine for most things. very specific things may require some creativity.
