Bought the new Standard setup (v4) and it's been rock solid for over a year now! Silly you have to bypass the Starlink router (reducing the functionality of this app) just to use the Ethernet ports! You need to fix this so you can use the app for troubleshooting. Also, you have no control over ANYTHING other than SSID and Password. Super reliable service and am able to keep all my devices connected.

I have one comment that is your system doesn't help older citizens to easily go through it. ex: I got bounced from the App to Website to entered my payment card that you already have in the system. To be frank my bank thought there maybe a problem with some purchases. Bank put hold on my Visa Card and I wasn't informed for a couple days later. When I found out your system entered several times for payment. So I tried to called and notified your Customet Service that I needed to notifying Billing

Works exceptionally well at my home & is easy to setu. Plan prices are expensive. The fastest & best plan available costs $150+ monthly. The other plans are cheaper but don't offer the speed, data or features the fastest one has. I would give Starlink 5 Stars if pricing were cheaper, outdoor receivers were smaller & more discounts & etc were available. With Starlink being one of the ONLY providers available to me, it would be nice if they'd take into consideration not everyone is rich!
