Starlink internet is terrific, very good upload amd download speeds. Customer service is spectacular. I had a router issue and they immediately sent a new one. The only reason for the 3 stars is the July 2024 app upgrade now asks incessantly to turn on Locator / GPS. If you reply "no thanks" it pops up again in a second. Rinse and repeat. Starlink developers please remove this annoying issue.

[EDIT 2: STILL present in latest ver.] BUG REPORT: Recent update created a bug that makes the app almost unusable. If you do not have GPS enabled, it asks if you want to... If your select "No Thanks" (as my home is a metal-clad building), the dialog box goes away and then LITERALLY one second later it return; rinse, repeat, ad infinitum! [I wanted to submit this through the app, & would've, despite the constant interruption, but even in the super hidden menu there's no in-app bug report system]

This app is Trash! Starlink works great. This app very rarely works well. Bought a Mesh Router to extend my wifi. It was delivered today. Tried to set it up and the July 17, 2024 update for the app installed. The App no longer works. It cycles between connected, disconnected and Router unavailable every few seconds. I can't even perform routine tasks like updating the Starlink firmware or setting up the new Mesh. Last time they screwed up an app update, they just made the app unavailable.
