The network has been off and on for 12 hours, the app will not let me change router name or password for security, and I've been billed for service I can not even use. You have to love having an open network for 15 hours while your neighbors use your internet all night long but you can't change anything through the app and service help is nearly non existent. Bots are zero help. I'm returning the three units we bought for our rental properties.

due to the geographical area I live, I do not have the option for many internet providers and the few I've used the internet and wifi is pretty spotty. since I've been using starlink the past year, I've had absolutely no issues. great service! great for streaming movies, music, and games. not to mention use of wifi for education purposes. never run out of data! and super easy to install an d hook up!!

I'm wondering if the customer support even exists. I bought the expensive hardware, paid the $50 for a month of service and used it 2 days before it says "restricted" I no longer have an active subscription. I login to the website and it confirms my subscription is active and paid up, but this hardware and the app are now just bricked. There is no way to contact support, you can only send a ticket. I did this about 5 hours ago (weekday midday) and no response not even acknowledging receipt :(
