Thanks to My W-Place, you will have all our Brain Training programs developed with renowned partners in the fields of science and sport right at hand. Mindfulness, breathing techniques and relaxing music tracks
can be used in combination with our spa products, and at any other time, to make wellness an integral part of your daily routine. And there’s more: you will be able to customise the use of your equipment, both in terms of alternation between the cabins, and of how to spend time in each cabin, choosing from our protocols of use. Developed from our research and from the desire to place the individual and their health at the core of it all, the protocols allow you to achieve your wellness goals: sleep, muscle recovery, stress management, performance and much more.
