Ratings and reviews

Even with a credit score of 730, my loan application was not approved. Credit history - Zero loan repayment delays till date. Initially, the App showed I'm eligible for a loan which is why I applied but, at the end it was rejected. Fix your system, team ! These kinda rejections affects our carefully built credit score. Even sending email to your team doesn't help as they just pass on the blame to the system's algorithm.

Please delete my account forever. Helpless app. Even after writing review i emailed many times still no response. I have paid earlier than due date last few times, this time inhave completed kyc and everything still no response. I am continuously receiving messages as I am eligible for some amount but in app it is still 'application under progress. we will get back in 48hrs' i guess it's more than 1000 hrs, even I have dropped email to grievance team more than 10 times but no response.

They send WhatsApp messages saying your limit has been increased and to prepay a loan to obtain the higher loan amount. After doing so, the loan never gets disbursed. It says NaN error. Their numbers never connect and several re-installs of the app too doesn't help. Right when you need them, they are not with their customers. It's better to avoid such apps for your own good. neither the limit is too high nor the service quality.
