I applied for a loan through this app and also enabled auto-EMI. However, when the loan amount was about to be credited, the app showed a message saying "We are unable to process the amount, you are not eligible." Despite this, the auto-EMI option is still active and showing on my account. This is completely unacceptable and appears to be fraudulent. This app is misleading users, and I request immediate action against it., please help me?

I find this application not trustworthy because they mentioned everywhere there won't be any charge on the 30 days free credit period but now it see a charge of Rs 2499 stating platform fee and gst in the loan agreement and surprisingly I didn't found the loan contract at the time of using credit limit. I find it dubious because it's almost 5% of total amount of Rs 50000 which i borrowed. I believe that if you guys take any kind of charges just be fair and clear to the customer. Worst Chatbot

After charging a high interest rate on loans, they don't have a appropriate number where we can communicate with them about our problems and on email i am receiving on a automated mail twice a day. Worst experience, worst management and Please don't take loan from this app if you want to sleep .......
