Ratings and reviews

They send WhatsApp messages saying your limit has been increased and to prepay a loan to obtain the higher loan amount. After doing so, the loan never gets disbursed. It says NaN error. Their numbers never connect and several re-installs of the app too doesn't help. Right when you need them, they are not with their customers. It's better to avoid such apps for your own good. neither the limit is too high nor the service quality.

Very disappointing recovery experience. I accept my overdue amount and have already made a ₹1,000 payment despite financial hardship. However, I received repeated calls and WhatsApp messages from multiple numbers, including calls to my wife, who is not a co-borrower. One caller threatened that there would be “consequences” and someone would come to my home if I didn't pay immediately. Stashfin later confirmed that the numbers I reported were not their authorized representatives.

Very disappointing experience. I paid my EMI on time, but my credit limit was not restored properly. I tried to withdraw funds, but the money was never credited. Customer support only keeps asking me to wait 48–60 hours without providing any real solution. This has caused serious inconvenience during an urgent financial need. Poor service, poor support, and no accountability. I do not recommend this app until they improve their customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
