About this app

State888 is a social fitness app built around one simple idea: a day is twenty-four hours, and it works best as three eights — eight for work, eight for sleep, eight for your life. State888 shows you where those hours actually went, and connects you to the people you train with.

YOUR DAY IN THREE EIGHTS
See Work / Study, Sleep / Recovery and Life measured against an eight-hour target each. Open any block and the sessions that filled it are listed underneath — logged by you, timed in the app, or counted automatically from an activity you recorded. Adjust the targets if your day isn't shaped like everyone else's, save day templates, and use the focus timer for deep work.

TRACK YOUR ACTIVITY
Record outdoor runs, walks, hikes and rides with GPS. You get the route, distance, moving time and pace, and heart rate and calories where your health store can supply them. Add activities by hand too — gym, padel, swimming, whatever you did. Your recorded routes stay private to your account unless you choose to put one in a story.

HEALTH CONNECT (OPTIONAL)
Connect Health Connect and State888 can read sleep, workouts, heart rate, active calories, steps and distance to fill your balance in automatically. Read-only, six categories, nothing written back, and never read in the background. The app works fully without it — everything can be logged by hand instead.

SHARE IT AS A STORY
Turn a session into a story with the built-in editor: your 8:8:8 day, a recorded activity, or a route map sticker rendered from a run you actually did. Post to your feed, or keep it to a community.

FIND YOUR PEOPLE
Discover athletes, coaches, organisations, venues, events and communities near you. Post or answer a training-partner request when you need someone for a 6:30 swim or a long ride. Follow the athletes you want to keep up with, and log match results against them.

EVENTS AND COMMUNITIES
Join local events and clubs, see who else is attending, and talk to them in the event or community chat.

CHAT
Direct and group conversations with the people you train with, including voice messages when typing is too slow.

YOU CONTROL WHAT YOU SHARE
Location sharing has four levels — exact place, city only, country only, or hidden — and choosing a stricter one deletes the more precise data, it doesn't just hide it. Block or report anyone, mute the notifications you don't want, export a copy of your data, and delete your account and everything in it from Settings whenever you like.

SIX LANGUAGES
English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese, with metric and imperial units.

State888 is free, has no ads, and does not sell your data.

State888 is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the figures it shows should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
