Horrible service and zero accountability! My payment status is showing 'Paid' inside the app, but I haven't received the money yet. I called customer care 4-5 times, and they told me to contact a WhatsApp number and share my statement. After sharing everything, the WhatsApp person told me to call the helpline again! They are just playing passing-the-buck games with my hard-earned money. Utterly disappointed with this harassing customer support. Clear my payment immediately, or I will take legal

they don't pickup my calls at all and after verified my account now it showing it's not activated like what is it. they are doing ntg at least pickup my phone
