Then it rewrites your message using the BIFF method (Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm), developed by family lawyer and mediator Bill Eddy. Four versions come back — Neutral, Firm, Brief, and For records — so you can pick the one that fits the moment and still sounds like you.
