Divorce changes everything. GroundedDad is built for what comes next.

Built by a divorced dad, for divorced dads.

Most co-parenting apps are built for both parents — shared calendars, joint
messaging, split payments. GroundedDad is built for one parent. You. The dad who needs to protect himself legally, communicate strategically, and rebuild his life on his own terms.

Most apps fix your tone. GroundedDad changes your game.

MESSAGE COACH

Paste your draft before you send it. GroundedDad flags the parts that put you at risk — the apology that gets read back as an admission, the wording that escalates instead of ends it.

Then it rewrites your message using the BIFF method (Brief, Informative, Friendly, Firm), developed by family lawyer and mediator Bill Eddy. Four versions come back — Neutral, Firm, Brief, and For records — so you can pick the one that fits the moment and still sounds like you.

You get to stop rehearsing the argument in your head all day. Send it, close the app, go be with your kids.

INCIDENT LOG

Log it while it's fresh — dates, details, who was there. Two minutes now beats trying to reconstruct it six months later, when it matters and you can't remember whether the missed exchange was the 14th or the 21st.

Export a PDF prepared for your attorney to review. Your lawyer gets what happened, in order, instead of billing you hourly to reconstruct it from your texts.

PARENTING TIME CALENDAR (NEW)

Upload your parenting plan or temporary orders. GroundedDad reads the document and lays out your schedule — you check it against your order and approve it before it's saved.

Then you've got the answer to "whose weekend is it" without opening a PDF and counting. Pull it up on your phone, or print it.

No credit card required to get started.

HOW IT WORKS

GroundedDad uses AI to read documents and generate message rewrites. See our Privacy Policy for details.
