Steady On is a symptom and vital signs tracker built for people living with POTS, postural tachycardia syndrome, and other forms of dysautonomia.
It brings your readings, your symptoms and your appointment preparation into one calm, organised place, so that what happens to you is written down rather than remembered.
GUIDED LEAN TESTS
A timer and clear prompts walk you through a lean test at home. You record your pulse lying down, then standing, and Steady On keeps the pair together with the time of day.
Your watch cannot tell whether you were lying down or standing up. That difference is the whole point of a lean test, and it is why the readings are entered by you rather than imported.
HEART RATE BY POSTURE
Record heart rate and blood pressure against your posture: lying, sitting or standing. Orthostatic readings only mean something when the position is recorded alongside them.
TRACK THE WHOLE PICTURE
Log symptoms, fluids, salt, medication, your cycle, activity and the other things that shape a day. Tag what was happening, from long standing and hot showers to meals and poor sleep.
SEE YOUR OWN PATTERNS
Sixteen analyses run across your records, covering time of day, triggers, heat, sleep, cycle, medication and blood pressure. Your own time of day pattern is free, worked out on your last fourteen days.
PREPARE FOR APPOINTMENTS
Turn your records into a clear, printable report that shows every reading and when it was taken. Keep your questions written down beside it, so you walk in with the useful parts ready.
FOR DIFFICULT DAYS
The rescue page gathers straightforward educational reminders and self management information, and works with no signal.
HEALTH CONNECT, IF YOU WANT IT
Steady On can read resting heart rate and sleep history from Health Connect to summarise your day. It is entirely optional, it is never used for live lean test readings, and nothing is read until you say so.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Your records are stored privately to your account in the United Kingdom. They are never sold and never used to advertise to you. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.
