Ratings and reviews

The app is terrible; it doesn't count steps correctly. You suddenly discover you've lost thousands of steps daily, as happened to me. The clock linked to the phone is also useless. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend downloading this app. The difference between this app and another one I have on my phone is about a 50% decrease in steps over ten days.

The app keeps freezing and you are unable to access your profile. It's extremely frustrating when you need to manually log your workouts ie. sky diving and swimming if the app is so slow. DXB Fitness Challenge starts tomorrow but I am concerned that I won't be able to complete it as the app is unreliable.

I have already updated the app to the latest version (v1.9.2) as suggested, but unfortunately, the same issue still continues. My phone keeps heating up badly, lagging, and even freezing for long periods whenever the app is running. It’s becoming very difficult to use my phone because of this issue.
