lane-style progress bars show exactly how far you are from your daily goals at a glance. Whether you are
aiming for 10,000 steps, 60 active minutes or a specific calorie target, StepRise keeps the numbers clear
and the motivation high.
The built-in workout library gives you access to exercises, structured workouts and multi-week training
programs. With support for 13 activity types including running, cycling, swimming, HIIT, strength training,
yoga, hiking, climbing and more, StepRise adapts to how you actually train. Each activity uses
MET-based calorie calculations tailored to the real effort involved.
When you are ready to move, the Track screen follows you in real time. Log live sessions with automatic
duration, calorie and distance tracking. Link a session to a workout from the library, set a target goal and
finish with a detailed completion summary. For quick entries or past workouts, manual logging is always
available.
The Stats screen gives you the bigger picture. Weekly activity charts, lifetime totals, personal records per
activity type and a full activity breakdown let you review your progress over 4, 12 or 26 weeks. The Log
screen offers both a feed and a calendar view of your complete training history.
StepRise rewards consistency. Your current streak and longest streak are always visible, keeping your
motivation alive between sessions. The achievements system unlocks badges as you hit milestones
across total distance, active minutes and activity-specific goals.
Beyond activity tracking, StepRise includes a hydration tracker to meet your daily water intake goal, a
body metrics log for weight and measurements, a journal for workout notes and reflections and a
standalone interval timer for custom HIIT sessions.
Your profile lets you set personalized daily and weekly targets, choose a training focus such as fat burn,
strength, endurance or recovery, select your fitness level and configure daily reminders to stay
consistent. Units switch between metric and imperial, and the app follows your preference for light or dark
mode.
All data is stored locally on your device. No account required, no forced cloud sync and no subscription.
