Useless app. Cannot deposit checks, keeps telling the amount detected on the check does not match the amount entered (which is obviously not true). Also very low in functionality, poor design, cannot set up a pin like other bank apps do, have to enter password every time, which eventually forces you to start using weak password. You will not lose anything if you choose to go without it.

New application is not user friendly, multiple charges say hold without the vendor's name. It is impossible to know if it's a legitimate charge or should be disputed until it actually clears the account. The remote check deposit feature doesn't work well either. It's very difficult to get the checks into the system and insisted both pictures are of the front of the check. I don't recommend the app , although the desk top site is no better.

App no longer works on my phone. It gives an error message for such a short time that one needs to open the app several times to see a request to check "USB debugging" in settings. My phone does not have this setting and the app gives me no further assistance. My response: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same problem. I am unable to deposit checks online.
