Useless app. Cannot deposit checks, keeps telling the amount detected on the check does not match the amount entered (which is obviously not true). Also very low in functionality, poor design, cannot set up a pin like other bank apps do, have to enter password every time, which eventually forces you to start using weak password. You will not lose anything if you choose to go without it.

New application is not user friendly, multiple charges say hold without the vendor's name. It is impossible to know if it's a legitimate charge or should be disputed until it actually clears the account. The remote check deposit feature doesn't work well either. It's very difficult to get the checks into the system and insisted both pictures are of the front of the check. I don't recommend the app , although the desk top site is no better.

The new app is horrible! Deposits don't go through. They only show as approved in deposit history, but there's no trace of it anywhere on the account. Contacted the bank, and they can not find any deposit transactions. This happened 3 times already, and they suggested trying again or going to the bank itself. Looks like after almost 30 yrs of banking with Webster, it's time to move on.
