Everyone in his life has felt stigma, either from others or himself. This stigma sometimes causes anxiety to the point that it can interfere with our activities. To help someone who feels stigmatized, the Feel it app was born.

The Feel it application is an application in the health sector, especially mental health. Users of this application are people who are vulnerable to stigma. Feel it will display the first screen with the question by the mascot “How are you feeling today?”. Mascot on Feel it is a hedgehog named "Lohed". The philosophy of this hedgehog is that if we look at it from the outside, it looks scary and deserves to be shunned, but behind its thorns, there is a softness that is easily fragile.

The Feel it app helps in overcoming the perceived stigma and negative feelings to prevent bad things like depression or suicide.

How the Feel it application works is quite easy. The data entered in the Feel it application will be analyzed and Feet it will provide output in the form of posters, therapy that can be carried out independently by users (related to their feelings) and also service hotlines that can be accessed by users. In addition to these services, the Feel it application will also create reminders to take medication for users every day according to the time specified by the user.
