Ratings and reviews

I like I am able to go back and see what I ordered and how to style the items. It is only getting a two star until they fix the fact that the app will not open from an email they send any more. You click on the email they send and it opens to the main screen and just stays there. Update: The app is now working correctly. But it would be nice if they added filters to the app allowing people to sort through all of the options for purchasing.

Horrible experience. They do not make it clear that you have to return unpurchased items within 3 days. I swear I read something that said 30 days. The first fix I got i returned within 2 weeks. I was never charged a dime. Did the same thing the second time and they charged me within a week. and it isn't a small amount because their prices are outrageous. and some clothing had spots and snags. customer service doesn't care about anything. I do not recommend this place.

Absolute waste of money. The convenience is all you are paying for, the clothing is the cheapest quality stuff they can get away with selling, and they mark it up to insanely overpriced levels. I have hundred dollar jeans falling apart at the seams, buttons coming off of multiple shirts, loose threads everywhere, etc. The clothes look nice for 30 days, but fall apart in six months. Ripoff... Do your own shopping, these clothes will end up in landfills or goodwill.
