I like I am able to go back and see what I ordered and how to style the items. It is only getting a two star until they fix the fact that the app will not open from an email they send any more. You click on the email they send and it opens to the main screen and just stays there. Update: The app is now working correctly. But it would be nice if they added filters to the app allowing people to sort through all of the options for purchasing.

​They have some decent shirts, but their pants sizing is highly inaccurate. They primarily offer slim-fit styles, and even the pants labeled as "straight fit" fit like tight, skinny jeans. For a service like Stitch Fix that promises curated, stylish outfits, the lack of true straight or relaxed cuts is disappointing. I regret using this service because the fit descriptions cannot be trusted.

Horrible experience. They do not make it clear that you have to return unpurchased items within 3 days. I swear I read something that said 30 days. The first fix I got i returned within 2 weeks. I was never charged a dime. Did the same thing the second time and they charged me within a week. and it isn't a small amount because their prices are outrageous. and some clothing had spots and snags. customer service doesn't care about anything. I do not recommend this place.
