I like I am able to go back and see what I ordered and how to style the items. It is only getting a two star until they fix the fact that the app will not open from an email they send any more. You click on the email they send and it opens to the main screen and just stays there. Update: The app is now working correctly. But it would be nice if they added filters to the app allowing people to sort through all of the options for purchasing.

Outside of poor selections and limited options, I received clothes that were damaged in one of my fixes. I was offered no credit for the issue but asked if I wanted it reshipped to purchase at full price. The style combos were as if my stylist didnt see the clothes. Short version: same the money, memory on your phone, and time. This ain't for us! iykyk

App works well enough. Long time customer. Clothing quality varies. Stylists understanding your preferences is hit or miss. One stylist absolutely nailed it, but after a few months they switched me to others and it's not been as great. I would love to browse using their Freestyle option but I rarely do because preferences can't be filtered. I can't understand why they wouldn't offer this common sense feature. You'd get more business if we didn't have to scroll for forever.
