Ratings and reviews

I just had to update the app and now it won't log me in. I'm putting in my correct email and password and it keeps sending me a code to enter to verify that it's me. Once I enter the code it sends me back to the create an account page. I'm just going in circles. I've tried to reach out to customer service but I keep getting an "error page not found" message. So for now, I can't use the app.

Three issues: 1) I cannot place ANY orders online with any credit or debit payments. It is not a bank issue, I've checked. 2) You can't submit a help desk ticket properly because you can't select a subcategory which is required. 3) You can't add a coupon on the app because the keyboard won't disappear long enough to click "done". You're forcing me to shop at sephora, which i don't want to do, but never any responses here so I'm sure you don't care.

​I love the vibe of this app! It's super easy to navigate, but I'm dropping one star because the search tool is a bit frustrating. It only finds exact matches and doesn't show all available products in a category. I’ve actually had to go to other sites to finish my shopping because the search couldn't pull up what I knew was there. Fix the search and it’s a 5-star app for sure! I love Ulta Beauty!!!
