So the App is fine to navigate. The problem that I have is to pay my Ulta bill. I have to be ushered to another site. Input an entirely different username and password. Go through a verification process each time. After at least 10 minutes, low and behold I can pay my bill. And there is no option for paying your bill at the store. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I had problems with an order. The first time I received a quick and helpful response. The problem with packaging was not fixed, and the replacement arrived in the same condition. They stopped replying to email. I waited several days and sent a text. It was finally resolved with a refund. I really wanted the perfume, and was very disappointed. I can understand once, but after being ignored I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

VERY difficult to place order of something you have ordered before. You tap on the item where it says to reorder it, then the screen opens up into your previous orders and does not let you "add to bag" or "order again." You go to your bag and it says it's empty yet you think when you tapped on the item it added it.This continues until you figure out you have to go to "shop" and pull the item up separately and then add it. Extremely irritating.Does not allow use of rewards and subscription. 😩
