Ratings and reviews

Three issues: 1) I cannot place ANY orders online with any credit or debit payments. It is not a bank issue, I've checked. 2) You can't submit a help desk ticket properly because you can't select a subcategory which is required. 3) You can't add a coupon on the app because the keyboard won't disappear long enough to click "done". You're forcing me to shop at sephora, which i don't want to do, but never any responses here so I'm sure you don't care.

I just had to update the app and now it won't log me in. I'm putting in my correct email and password and it keeps sending me a code to enter to verify that it's me. Once I enter the code it sends me back to the create an account page. I'm just going in circles. I've tried to reach out to customer service but I keep getting an "error page not found" message. So for now, I can't use the app.

This app doesn't let me log in. It keeps saying "log in to receive rewards or sign up." I accidentally now have two emails connected to the account (I have more than 2), and I had a problem with an order that never got shipped to my location because I couldn't edit my address, AND I couldn't verify which emails I put when I called Ulta Guest Services because since I can't log in; it doesn't show account info or previous orders. I'm just stuck here. I can officially say this app sucks.
