About this app

StitchLog is a small, offline journal for anyone who spends their evenings with yarn and a hook or needles. Log every project, keep the yarn stash honest and tuck your favourite patterns into one calm little book.

Projects sit on their own tab. Tap the plus button to add a new one — pick a name, choose knit or crochet, note the pattern and set the target row count. Every active project shows a soft rose progress bar and a big "+1 row" button so you can push the counter forward as you work. When the current row catches up with the target row, StitchLog quietly celebrates: the project flips to "Finished" and a little snackbar pops up to say congratulations. Long-press any row to remove it.

The Yarn Stash tab is a running inventory of every skein you own. Add a new yarn with its brand, colour name, weight (fingering, DK, worsted or chunky) and how many balls you have. Each row carries a mint "+" and "−" button so you can tick a ball off the moment you cast on with it, or add one when a new order arrives. Long-press to delete.

The Patterns tab is your saved pattern shelf: name, source (Ravelry link, a book, a downloaded PDF) and a difficulty tag. Long-press to remove.

Everything lives on your device. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no network calls — StitchLog is meant to sit beside you like a small notebook, ready when you pick up your hook again.
