Stock Manager is an inventory management app for small businesses, retailers, warehouses and offices. Organize products, monitor stock levels, record inventory activity, and create business reports from one place.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

Create product records with names, barcodes, categories, descriptions, purchase and selling prices, stock quantities, locations, and supplier details. Add product images, documents, custom attributes, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiration dates. Edit, duplicate, or safely delete products.

BARCODE AND SMART PRODUCT ENTRY

Scan barcodes with your device camera or enter them manually. Analyze product images to receive suggestions for the product name, barcode, price, description, batch number and relevant dates. Review the results and choose which fields to apply before saving.

SEARCH AND ORGANIZATION

Find products by name, SKU, category, or barcode. Use grid or list view, filter inventory by category, warehouse, or custom attributes, and sort products by name, date, or price.

STOCK MOVEMENTS

Record stock entries, sales, removals, corrections, and warehouse transfers. Add quantities, prices, customer or supplier details, notes, images, and documents. Search and filter history by product, barcode, movement type, date range, or transaction value.

DASHBOARD AND STATISTICS

View total products, stock units, inventory value, recent movements, low-stock and out-of-stock items, purchases, sales, estimated profit, profit margin, and movement balance. Set a custom low-stock threshold to identify products that need attention.

MULTI-WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Create multiple warehouses, choose a default location, review stock by warehouse, and transfer products between locations. Warehouse profiles can include names, addresses, and descriptions.

STOCK COUNTING

Create stock-count sessions and compare recorded quantities with physical stock. Count manually or by scanning barcodes, add notes, identify differences, and apply approved corrections. Review completed sessions and generate count reports.

CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS

Create customer and supplier profiles with company details, contact persons, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, tax information, payment terms, and notes. View related products and stock movements from each profile.

REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS

Generate product, inventory, movement, transfer, and stock-summary reports in PDF, CSV, or Excel format. Preview, save, print, or share reports and select a date range. Create and archive stock exit slips.

PDF TEMPLATES AND BRANDING

Create invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and stock exit slips with customizable PDF templates. Add your logo, business name, contact details, address, tax information, website, and footer notes. Preview, duplicate, activate, import, or export templates.

BACKUP AND DATA MANAGEMENT

Create manual or automatic local backups. Save, share, and restore backup files when required. Eligible plans may also include cloud synchronization and restoration for supported inventory data.

ACCOUNT AND PREFERENCES

Manage your account, email verification, password, membership, and account deletion request within the app. Choose light or dark mode, change the app language, and customize stock alerts.

FREE AND OPTIONAL PAID FEATURES

The free version includes essential inventory tools and may display advertisements. Some advanced features require an in-app purchase or subscription. Depending on the selected plan, these may include higher or unlimited product limits, AI-assisted scanning, advanced reports, multiple product images, stock counting, customer and supplier directories, multi-warehouse management, cloud protection, and ad removal.

Plans, prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal information are displayed on the purchase screen before confirmation. AI-assisted and cloud features may require an internet connection, a verified account, and an active eligible plan.
