I purchased a 1-week subscription as I have several times before around 7ish a.m., and by midday, I was not able to use it. It kept giving a refresh network error. I restarted my phone and uninstalled it, and now the app will not even open. I keep getting a deactivation failure network message. I need to know how to contact tech support. I tried to reach them via email, but they still have not responded. The app actually starts working again for maybe an hour but stops again for over 12 hrs.

You can barely watch 1 "episode" and by episode, I don't mean the whole thing as an episode is only a small 1.5 minute section of the actual thing, not even a full 10 minutes. If you don't have 50$ to shell out yourself have to watch at least 5 minutes of adds just to get one of their "episodes." Even if you shell out 50$ which is twice what you normally pay for a single movie when it's brand new you can't skip ahead and you certainly can't keep a copy. 50$ to rent a movie is ridiculous!

this app is horrible. they don't have a section to be able to cancel your subscription. it doesn't appear in your Google Play app when you subscribe. shows no history charges either. I'm being charged without being able to cancel it. change your card.
