Ratings and reviews

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a subscription. Thought I would use it for a week and see how I liked it. The shows keep skipping and reloading so I decided to cancel because when you pay money for something, especially when it's over priced, you want what you pay for. When I say you can NOT cancel this app, trust me!! It is a Google receipt but it is not through Google. I emailed Storeel, contacted Google and nobody could help me cancel the subscription. That's just crazy.

this was the worst app experiences for me. first they charged me more then the ad said to sign up for VIP. then the main story I signed up to watch still isn't available, even at VIP level, and other stories are only available as part of a 3 free thing. (no mention of that) then after not being able to unlock stories after 4 days they still charged me the next week, twice again! why I brought it to their attention TWICE they did nothing, but say they canceled. yet nothing about the wasted money!

The app said that you can cancel at anytime. But it does not provide any way to actually cancel the subscription. Worst app ever!!!! How can an app have a subscription service that you can't actually cancel. They have my card on file and trying to renew subscription that I dont want anymore. Also there is no real means of contacting anyone about this issue. Now I have to get a new card because they keep trying to push the charge through. Please be advised that this app is nothing but a huge SCAM
