concept is a great idea,but the service is lousy. I think that you need at least 1 floor person to help navigate the customer that has no idea how to order at a kiosk, plus the drinks area is out of cold brew and half&half and oat milk. The lady finally came and refilled the milk and oat milk but the cold brew was empty.facility is very dirty inside plus quite a few customers grumbling about the amount of time it takes for orders to be filled and dirty napkins on the floor and very dirty tables

Love, love, love. Great food, great price and great customer service! I was so bummed when S&G didn't open but PV has gotten that and more!

The food is great. The prices are AMAZING!!! I'm so impressed with the whole experience. It's fast food but upgraded. Highly recommend.
