Don't bother, butterfly version wouldn't launch for me. I thought it might work with my VR headset. It doesn't. No directions in the app.

Hi Ron. This is our augmented reality app. So this version doesn't work with a VR headset. Sorry for the confusion. Hi. I have a brain link PRO and brain link light. Neither of these would connect with your app and I have tested the brain link light with other apps. Please could I have a refund. Thanks

Hi Nick-of course. Please email us at hello@tryhealium.com. We're happy to process that for you. Healium only works with Brainlink *Lite* not the pro version. If you find it won't connect, it's likely due to other bluetooth devices in the same room. Turn off bluetooth on your laptop, tablet. Restart the app. Email us. We'll take care of you asap.

Actually great app abit sad they removed the muse support but it was becasue muse 1 has stopped production so i understand why the story up team decided to remove it. Edit: I got a refund

So sorry! The Muse SDK is no longer supported so we had to remove the headband from the app. Please email us as we're happy to direct you how to get a refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We'll have a new EEG headband vendor, Brainlink Lite, available on Healium in April. Thanks for your patience as we switch headband vendors.
