Culture by STRASYS is a Cultural Excellence Engine for any industry. Measure, track, and improve leadership quality culture, then turn findings into action and verified improvement.

One Cultural Excellence Score across 7 equal-weight dimensions (EQ Mirror, 5S, Quality, Safety, Survey, Maturity, Lean). Global site map, site performance table, quarterly trends, auto-insights, and CSV / print export.

CLOSED-LOOP IMPROVEMENT
Action Center aggregates improvement actions from every module into one tracked workflow with a completion-approval flow and evidence capture. A built-in bridge sends a Lean step to the Solutions Center to find its root cause, then returns to the process.
